In order to make The Art Cure successful, we need you. Your story is important for others to learn from. There are never enough stories of courage and strength, tests of will and sacrifice and the struggles breast cancer brings.
Art is a language on its own and speaks to the heart of humanity. The visual touches the human heart and our emotions instantly and has potential to penetrate a story deeper than words and stories told before.
We invite breast cancer victims and survivors to join us in August to participate in expressing yourself with a canvas and paint. Yes, you can finger paint if wish! It’s your painting and you can do what you want to.
Your artwork will then be part of The Art Cure’s opening at the Horizon Gallery, 206 Bay St., Savannah GA where October 1st will kick off a month long silent auction of your work! Cool, eh? All the artwork sales go towards breast cancer awareness and research. That’s cool with ‘smart’ at the end. Join us!
If you or someone you know is a breast cancer victim or survivor and interested in being part of this local Savannah event, contact Tatiana for more information: theartcure@gmail.com.
Thank you and join us on Twitter or Facebook!
